Privacy policy
Last updated 17 September 2026.
Rehemption is the controller for personal data collected through rehemption.ie. We are a hemp and medical cannabis consultancy with a European seat in Ireland. This notice is written for the website and the contact form. A consultancy mandate will have its own paperwork.
What we collect
If you email us or submit the contact form we process your name, phone number, email address and the message you send. We also see the technical facts the browser and our host necessarily generate: IP address, user agent, and the time of the request. We do not run analytics or advertising tags, so we do not build a browsing profile.
The captcha on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the challenge response so it can tell us the submission came from a person rather than a bot. We do not use that check for marketing.
Why we process it
Enquiries are processed so we can reply and, if you ask us to, start a consultancy conversation. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message is a request to contract, and Article 6(1)(f) for the residual need to run a contact form and keep it free of spam. Optional cookies, if you ever allow them, rest on consent under Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy Regulations.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by Rehemption. The site is hosted on Vercel. The captcha is verified by Cloudflare. We do not sell the list and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
Until outbound mail is wired, a form submission is held on the application host rather than forwarded as email. If you need a guaranteed inbox, write to Info@rehemption.ie directly.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as we need them to handle the enquiry, then deleted. A cookie-consent decision is stored for six months. Server logs follow the host's retention, typically a few days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, and — where we rely on consent — withdraw that consent without affecting anything already done. Write to Info@rehemption.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Cookies
Detail sits in the cookie policy. In short: strictly necessary cookies keep the site and the form working; analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you accept them.
